Our staff are performance managed using a variety of indicators:
- Real-time electronic patrol monitoring and verification;
- Scheduled supervisory visits and checks;
- Monthly management and client meetings;
- Service Level Agreement – monitored against agreed Key Performance Indicators; and
- Annual staff appraisals.
All our staff are SIA multi-licensed, i.e. Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision, CCTV licensed, as well as “First Aid at Work” certified. They will undergo extensive company induction training, bespoke site specific training, as well as management training.

Our comprehensive Safety System includes a health surveillance programme for all staff, a dedicated, qualified Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator; whom highlights any issues and designs solutions for clients, a health surveillance programme (all staff), as well as Environmental Health and Safety Policies and procedures (audited by the NSI and Safe Contractor Scheme).
